Dear Audiologists,
I believe our profession will survive if we work together. I get fired up thinking about how how individual practices are struggling and flailing to stay open, trying to reinvent every wheel on their own with their limited resources and time. I believe they need to be given a platform that will provide emotional and business support. I want every audiology office, department, and section to show a profit. I believe the proper advice and support can make a difference. I believe many need to change with the times, but they don't know how or where to begin. I think when you do things alone, overwhelm and self-doubt can set in and impair motivation and fresh ideas. EntreAudiology is not about completely changing your practice to be like every other practice, it's about revealing the most profitable business possible for you.

EntreAudiology isn't so much a training program as it's an implementation program. Yes, you'll learn strategies for more efficient practice management, but more importantly, you'll have a gateway to learn, share, and plan...leaving nothing out and taking nothing for granted as you implement your own strategies.

I don't have the money:
We have a payment plan. It is less than a one time conference that you may not implement what you learned when you get back.
I'm not very techy:
It's easy to get onto the zoom meeting. First time you set it up, it takes a few minutes.
I won't have internet/PC access:
There's an app or there's a designated telephone number to call.
It costs a lot of money:
This will help improve your practice and make you money with new marketing ideas, system processes to implement, improved customer service, reduced stress on your part. Mainly, the accountability piece is the best part.
I'm an introvert:
I don't like big groups. This is perfect! It's a small group where only the first day you are strangers. Everyone gets to know everyone.
I'm worried I'll have nothing to offer the group and only take from it:
No problem! Is that a bad thing to benefit from this? I've seen it where that person actually had a lot to offer including just the support of the fellow Mastermind members.
I don't have time:
A lot of our Mastermind members said this, but after a couple of months, said they are strict with making sure they made the time for this because it's so important and it has become so valuable for their practice. It's not easy to block the time, but necessary.
I don't feel comfortable talking about my business in online forums for fear it will used against me:
Neither do we. And that's one of the major reasons the Mastermind program was developed. The Facebook online groups can feel like a safe place because they are closed, but when you disclose something about your membership to thousands of people, you don't know if your competition saw it, or if it will get back to a manufacturer and negatively affect your business. We get it. Our groups require a confidentiality document be signed. We put you in groups that are not competing practices, and we strictly enforce participation, manners and respect in the groups. You ultimately find that it is a space you can feel comfortable to share your problems, get the answers and support you need. All without judgement or fear of hearing about it elsewhere.
There are other resources I already use:
This is unique. You not only get the resource page, but it's designed as a path geared towards your success. You jump in at whatever stage you are in your practice and it keeps track of your progress. New to the idea of starting a business? Start at Build It. Have an established business, but want to re-brand it? You can start at the beginning too. Want to just get the Marketing ideas? Go to Grow It. Want to add new programs and services? Go to Flourish It. This is there for you, but mainly it's the Mastermind group you will be in that's the special sauce. They make all of this worth it, especially in the bad months. They discuss possible solutions for you and give you pick-me-ups. There's even a closed Facebook page just for your small group of 6-10 people. This is where you'll go time and time again.
I work so hard to keep my practice running, I don't think I can add one more thing to my plate:
That's the thing! We aren't adding more to your plate, we are helping you manage all of the things better. We are helping you hear from others on how to organize what you are doing. Hear what's working and what's not. Advice from your group about what to focus less on, and what to put more attention to. Your practice will move along better, grow and benefit from every meeting simply because you feel heard, inspired, motivated and held accountable to tasks YOU decide need your attention. These are tasks that need to be done in your practice- things you are already doing, but maybe not as efficiently. The groups help you from problem solving on your own. The groups help you from making poor decisions and give "fresh" perspectives. "I've been there, try this."
This is not in my budget:
You should take the money from your marketing budget for this membership if you do not have extra funds. We've found that the marketing ideas that have come from these groups are priceless and have strengthened practice outreach immensely....physician marketing, internal and external marketing ideas...marketing dollars and continuing education.
I don't have a practice yet, so I'll wait until I have one:
Actually, this membership will help you start your practice. Module 1 is designed to help you start a practice from scratch. By the end of the lessons, you will have completed all you need for a strong business plan to take to the bank.
I don't own a business, I just work for one, so this Mastermind membership isn't for me:
Wrong! Anyone who is in a position that requires them to help create new leads, bring in new patients, keep the current evaluation models, payment structure, just keeping patients happy and coming back for more can benefit. I work for a store chain and was required to bring xyz of sales each month....this program could have helped me immensely.
